Involves cleaning guest rooms; turning down beds; and cleaning public areas of hotel.  No prior experience or education is required.  Shifts of 8 hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.   Days of week vary.  Business is open 7 days a week.  Raises and bonuses available based on performance.

Involves preparing and setting up the entire breakfast area daily prior to start; during breakfast, keeping all breakfast items replenished; and following breakfast, cleaning all public spaces in and around the breakfast area.  No prior experience or education is required.  Shifts of 8 hours: 4:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Days of week vary.  Business is open 7 days a week. 

On-the-job-training not available.  Raises and bonuses available based on performance.  

Front Desk/Sales

A front desk agent is our guest's first impression of Best Western Harbour Pointe Lakefront. The position requires excellent customer relations skills in person and on the phone. A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital in this role. Computer experience is helpful. Available shift is from 3pm - 11pm.
